Account Registration

Deposits and Withdrawals

Processing Times

We aim to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours, although no payout is released until your account has been fully verified, which may include a verification phone call as part of our KYC process. Crediting times after processing depend on your payment method and issuing bank. We require deposited funds to be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be requested. A chargeback, denial or reversal of any payment carries an administration fee of 50. If your account remains dormant with a positive balance for twelve months or more, we charge a monthly fee of 5.
